Function :-
- The analog input modules convert analog signals from the process into digital signals for internal processing in the PLC.
The modules feature :-
- Resolution from 9-bit to 15-bit + sign (with different conversion times), can be parameterized.
- Different measurement ranges;
the default setting of the current/voltage ranges is set mechanically using measuring range modules, the fine adjustment is performed with STEP 7 "Hardware configuration" via PG.
- Interrupt capability;
the module sends diagnostic and limit-value interrupts to the CPU of the PLC.
- Diagnostics;
the module sends extensive diagnostic information to the CPU.
