When my product is eligible for return?
Your product will be returned if you have got wrong product / Manufacturing Defects found during warranty period. In such cases, you have to contact us on contact@asteamtechnologies.com with valid proofs within 24 hours of delivery. If you do not contact within 24 hours for wrong product or within warranty period for Manufacturing defect products, then we will not approve your return.
What you will give? Refund or Replacement
We will forward your defective materials to relevant manufacturers like Allen Bradley, Siemens, ABB, Schneider, etc, they will check material in their testing labs, if they found manufacturing fault in products they will send us new product as a replacement & we will sent it to you then,
If products damaged by misuse, or any other reasons, then replacement will not be possible by manufacturer, so we will send you that damaged product without repaired or replaced.
What is the return process of defected/wrong product?
Once you find that product is damaged/ defective or wrong then you have to inform us regarding it within 24 hours of delivery. Then you have to ship it from your address to our warehouse. Once we get the product back to us,
What about return shipping charges?
Customer has to pay for return shipping charges. We are ensuring our customers that they will not get any damaged/defective or wrong products as we have QC team for checking every order details carefully, but in some cases mistakes can be happened because at all QC team are also humans.
Can I cancel my order after I paid?
No, Order cannot be cancelled once you have paid. Just confirm us about your order availability before you do payment. If you paid without asking availability and we don’t have that product in stock then we have rights to cancel that order.
How to get refund if i do payment by CC/DC?
ou will get refund directly in your bank account which you have used to pay at a time of payment. You have to share your bank details to get payment back. We will process refund in 24-48 hours.
I have paid by CC/DC, But order is still not confirmed?
If you have successfully paid by Credit Card or Debit Card then just send us receipt or screenshot of payment to us, If your order has not been confirmed by us. We will check and change status of your order.
